SynapSiS’ Delivery Methodology interweaves our Product Development and Project Management Methodologies into a comprehensive, holistic, and risk-averse approach to deliver incremental functionality early and iteratively throughout the project.

We encourage open and transparent communication and invite conversations with the product team during each daily stand-up and sprint planning meeting, culminating in a code/progress demonstration every two weeks to not only visually validate the state of the working software but to further ensure we always remain focused on the highest value work.

Our PMM comprises project management strategies, control mechanisms, quality assurance protocols, tools, risk mitigation strategies, and more that were built upon our experiences performing large, complex, enterprise-wide integration, and implementation efforts for our clients. Our methodology includes the project management processes for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects.
